These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, collectively form the entire agreement between you (the “User” or “Customer”) and Pearl 7 Industries.

1.2. Pearl 7 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them periodically to stay informed of any changes.

1.3. All content on www.pearlseven.com — including text, images, product designs, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of Pearl 7 and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. Use of Website

2.1. You may access and use our website for browsing, purchasing products, or availing services offered by Pearl 7.

2.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without written permission from Pearl 7.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Pearl 7 is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from negligence on your part.

3. Product Information

3.1. We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen display differences or photographic lighting.

3.2. All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.3. Product availability is subject to change. In rare cases where an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and process a refund.

4. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

4.1. Orders placed on www.pearlseven.com constitute an offer to purchase. Confirmation will be provided once the order is accepted and dispatched.

4.2. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3. You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1. All orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

5.2. A courier fee of ₹150 applies on orders below ₹1000. Orders above ₹1000 are shipped free of charge.

5.3. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1. Pearl 7 offers a 10-day easy return policy for most products. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and invoice.

6.2. Caps and thermals are not eligible for return, except in special cases where our team finds a valid reason to approve the request.

6.3. A reverse shipping fee of ₹275 applies for one product. For multiple items, an additional ₹75 per item will be added.

6.4. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

7. Pricing & Discounts

7.1. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

7.2. If a customer purchases an item and it goes on discount within 7 days, and the same size/color is available, they may request store credit for the price difference.

7.3. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless explicitly approved by Pearl 7.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Pearl 7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use or inability to use our services.

8.2. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed ₹1000 or the amount paid for the product in dispute, whichever is lower.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pearl 7, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the website or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

10.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

10.3. In case of disputes, arbitration will be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English.
