What if an item I bought goes on discount later?

If an item you purchased goes on discount within 7 days of your order date, and the same size and colour of that item are still available on our website, you can request a store credit for the price difference.

Is it safe to order online?

Will you price match my item?

Our promotions and discounts are for a limited time only. Unfortunately, we do not offer price matching for orders placed outside a promotional period.


Where can I find a size guide?

Each product page includes a Size Guide tab that helps you choose the perfect fit.


Why can’t I find my size?

If your size doesn’t appear in the drop-down list, it means the item is currently out of stock. We restock frequently, so please check back soon — new arrivals are updated regularly on our website.


Why does nothing happen when I click “Buy Now”?

This may be a temporary connection issue. Please refresh the page, clear your browser cache, and make sure pop-ups and cookies are enabled.


Do I have to pay a delivery charge?

We offer free shipping on all orders above 1000.
For orders below 1000, a flat courier fee of 150 will be applied at checkout.


How long will my delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your location, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
You can also track your order by logging in to your Pearl 7 account.


Can I change my address after placing an order?

We’re unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.


Why has my order not been dispatched yet?

In rare cases, dispatch may be delayed due to stock replenishment or payment confirmation. If your order cannot be fulfilled, it will be cancelled and you’ll receive a full refund.


Will this item come back into stock?

We can’t guarantee exact restock dates, but our inventory is updated daily. You can sign up for notifications on the product page to be alerted when your size becomes available.


Why has my order been cancelled?

Occasionally, an order may be cancelled if stock becomes unavailable or if payment wasn’t successfully processed. You will not be charged for cancelled items, and if a charge occurred, it will be refunded promptly.


Can I exchange my order?

Yes, Pearl 7 offers product exchanges for eligible items. You can request an exchange through your account or by contacting customer support. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.


How do I return my order?

You can initiate a return request by logging into your account on www.pearlseven.com or by contacting our customer care team. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address. Please include the original invoice and packaging with the product.


How long will the return or exchange take?

Once we receive the product at our facility, it will undergo a quality check. Approved returns or exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
