At Pearl 7, your satisfaction means everything to us. We offer a 10-day easy return policy for most of our products to ensure a smooth and comfortable shopping experience.

If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, along with the original invoice. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5–7 working days.

A reverse shipping fee of ₹250 will be deducted for a single-product return.
If your return includes two or more products, an additional ₹75 per product will be added to the reverse shipping charge.


How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return or exchange request:

Log in to your Pearl 7 account on www.pearlseven.com.

Go to “My Account” → “My Orders”.

Select the product you wish to return and click on “Request Return.”

Fill in the required details and submit your request.

Our team will verify your request and arrange a pickup from your address.

Exceptions

Please note that caps and thermals are not eligible for return, except in special cases where our team finds a valid reason for accepting the return.


Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost.
After inspection, we’ll confirm the status of your return within 3 working days.


Refunds

For cancellations made before dispatch, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days from the date of request.

For approved returns, refunds are processed through the original payment method after product inspection.

The time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Conditions

We are unable to accept returns if:

The product has been used, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

Tags, labels, or packaging are missing or tampered with.

The return request is raised after 10 days from the date of delivery.
