How we work to keep things simple and transparent for everyone.

Shipping
Free Shipping on every order — no shipping fee for either COD or prepaid orders.

Payment
- Prepaid Full amount paid online at checkout.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) ₹250 partial payment online at checkout; the balance is paid in cash on delivery.

Return Fee
₹250 for the first product returned, plus ₹100 for each additional product returned from the same order (same parcel). The return fee is deducted from the refund.

RTO (Return to Origin)
When a parcel comes back to us unopened because the customer was not available or refused to accept it:
COD Orders
No refund. The ₹250 partial payment is kept as the return fee.
Prepaid Orders
Refund of the amount paid, minus the return fee — the same rule as returns: ₹250 + ₹100 for each additional product in the parcel.
