Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every order within India, prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) alike. No shipping fee and no COD fee is added at checkout.
How you can pay
- Prepaid: pay the full amount online at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): pay ₹250 online at checkout, and the balance in cash when your parcel is delivered.
COD is available on every PIN code where our courier partner, Delhivery, offers cash on delivery. If COD is not offered at checkout for your PIN code, please choose prepaid.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number (AWB) by email.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote or high-altitude areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimates. Weather, courier delays or local restrictions can add a few days.
Tracking your order
Track your parcel with its AWB number at delhivery.com/tracking, or sign in to your account on www.pearlseven.com and open My Orders.
If the parcel cannot be delivered (RTO)
If a parcel comes back to us unopened because you were not available or refused to accept it:
- COD orders: no refund. The ₹250 paid online is kept as the return fee.
- Prepaid orders: we refund the amount paid minus the return fee: ₹250 for the first product plus ₹100 for each additional product in the parcel.
Damaged, tampered or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, or an item is missing, email care@pearlseven.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or a video of the parcel and product.
Where we ship
Free shipping applies to orders within India. Orders outside India are charged ₹1,000 for shipping, and international shipping is free on orders of ₹15,000 and above.
